BUSING
Busing is available to campers and staff via a 3rd party vendor; HLKT LLC.
Please note that bus tickets are sold as one way tickets in order to maximize flexibility of travel plans. If you need transportation both to and from camp, please make sure to sign up for each route you need.

BUS FEES for both staff and camper busing are being set by HLKT. More information available at the link below.
Bus reservations are available at the standard rate until June 5th. We ask all parents to reserve busing before that time. After June 5th, if there is still room on the bus, the price will increase to $115.
Please note that bus seating is limited and reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Buses may fill up before the June 5th deadline, and once a bus reaches capacity, tickets for that route will no longer be available. Additional buses will only be added if there is sufficient demand.
LUGGAGE: Bring your luggage with you to the bus; it is your responsibility to make sure that the luggage is placed onto the bus or luggage truck. The luggage cost is included. Do not send cases of drinks on the bus.
PLANE TRAVEL: We recommend that you do not schedule return plane travel for the same evening as bus arrivals into the city from camp. Our experience has shown that despite careful planning, the bus companies are often subject to unexpected delays.
PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION: Please do not arrive at camp before 4:00 PM. No parent will be allowed to enter the camp. All luggage will be brought to your child’s bunk from the front of gym by camp vehicles.

In other words, if a bus does not fill up, busing will not be provided from that area.
